Chrissy Teigen has never been one to shy away from telling the truth. Now she’s sharing some sincerities about skin post-babies.

In an interview with Refinery29, the 33-year-old revealed how her skin has changed since having a baby along with how she’s adjusted her skin care routine.

“Something unexplainable happens to your skin,” she told the online publication. “My skin never used to be as sensitive as it is now. I used to go to town on chemical peels and extractions.”

However, now that she can’t do all those harsh treatments, she turns to a new at-home tool — Foreo’s Luna 3. She’s partnered with the cleansing tool’s new line after it helped streamline her regimen while also accommodating her new skin type.

“It’s perfect for me since I’m always on the go,” the mom of two said in a statement from the brand. “The high-tech beauty device allows me to maintain my healthy glow and with its app-enabled feature, I can customize my routine.”

Although it does provide a bit of pampering, as she points out, when she does need more me-time she turns to a treatment she’s always loved. “One super indulgent thing I do is PRP blood facials with Dr. Jason Diamond,” she told Refinery29. “They are nice, but it doesn’t need to be a day-to-day part of my routine. It’s important to have a regular routine that’s not that aggressive or harsh on the skin.”

The model isn’t the only one in the family with a love of skin care. Her husband John Legend also knows a thing or two. “I do cleanse and moisturize and exfoliate and do all those things that I think will help me stay healthy,” he recently told Us. “I do think I was probably blessed with some good genes, too, because my parents have great skin.”
