And watching on from the sidelines is girlfriend, Erica Herman, the lady who has been by his side during this impressive return to form.
Woods has been dating the restaurant industry professional, who managed his pop-up eatery in Florida, since September 2017.
And she was the first to congratulate him on a stunning win at the Tour Championship last season that set up this real assault on winning a first major since 2008.
The superstar, a former all-conquering World No 1, has won 14 major championships but a series of on and off-course problems thwarted his progress during his thirties.
Now, aged 43, he’s very much back in business and appears comfortable and at ease with his personal life.
Herman is a big part of that.
She’s at Augusta this week, continuing to back her man following previous appearances at events Woods has competed in.
They were first seen together as a couple during the Presidents’ Cup at the back end of 2017, where Herman was seen sporting a “player and spouse” badge reserved for wives and girlfriends of players and they went public with their relationship a month later.
Reports followed that Herman had wanted to date Woods for a decade – but this appears to be no short-term fix.
She also joined in the celebrations when he won his first PGA Tour title in five years at September’s Tour Championship.
Following victory, the pair embraced and Woods was seen whispering “I love you” into Herman’s ear.
A university graduate, Herman used to be involved in nightclubs in her younger years before dating Woods.
The pair have been spotted together regularly, including at high-profile events like Wimbledon where they sat in the Royal Box cheering on Serena Williams.
Herman was also pictured with Woods’ children on holiday in the Bahamas.
The golf legend famously divorced from wife Elin Nordegren in 2010 after a number of his infidelities were made public.
He then dated Olympic gold medallist skier Lindsey Vonn before Herman.
