Johnson accuses MPs and EU of collaborating to block Brexit

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has accused MPs and the European Union of collaborating to block Brexit.

Speaking on a live feed on his Facebook page, Mr Johnson failed to rule out a general election in order to push through Britain’s exit from the European Union.

Former chancellor Philip Hammond told the prime minister earlier on Wednesday he has “no mandate” for a no-deal Brexit and parliament will “make its voice heard”.
